Hare,19, was also charged with the third degree murder of Shaunnia Hare.
Her boyfriend Charles Darnell, 32, faces the same charges after the toddler was strangled by the 12 foot foot long snake.
The couple told police the snake had escaped from its container at their home in Oxford last month.
A post mortem examination showed Shaunnia died from asphyxiation and had several bite marks on her body from the albino Burmese python.
In an emergency call to police Darnell said:"Our stupid snake got out in the middle of the night and strangled the baby."
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission removed the snake from the home.
A 6-foot boa constrictor was also inside the house, but was in its glass container.
US authorities said Darnell did not have a permit to keep the reptile.
According to an arrest warrant, the snake was kept in a two-by-eight-foot glass aquarium that did not have a locking cover or a secure enclosure.
The warrant also said that friends and family told investigators the couple knew the snake had been known to escape and "roam about the home".
"It's just a tragic situation because of the loss of a young child because of the recklessness of two adults," Assistant State Attorney Peter Magrino said.
"Although the python was the instrument of death, it was not responsible in and of itself for the death of the child. It was the two adults that were charged with parental control and supervision of the child."
The Humane Society of the United States said, including Wednesday's death, at least 12 people have been killed in the United States by pet pythons since 1980, including five children.
The python is a popular pet as it is considered more docile than other snakes.
Hare and Darnell also faces charges of child neglect stemming from the death.
They face up to 20 years in jail if convicted of all three offences. ( telegraph.co.uk )
